Somehow it ended up being a sort of man-cave, built by my husband Jason, with all the things a man loves, a fish smoker, TV, bar fridge, stereo and room for more than a few mates to come round to watch the fishing shows!
People who come around, friends and family, say 'what a great idea'. It means being able to entertain in the backyard without having to traipse in and out of the house for cold drinks and food. Jason likes being outdoors and can be with his mates and relax in his own space, it's become the ultimate man shed.
Jason is a builder by trade, having built new homes from the ground up. We also have done our fair share of major house renovations and so know all the ins and outs of what it takes to get a job done with the minimum of fuss and disruption. So it's fair to say Jason is the man with the vision, a real passion for creating environments for entertaining.
As for me, i'm the one who makes sure that all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed, promoting our ideas and getting what we do out in the marketplace.
We work together in our family business, creating a place where people can entertain, share stories and have a great time with family and friends.
